Yes. Private appointments may be booked at the Phuket showroom or remotely via LINE Official. The atelier will guide you through fabric, cut and timeline.
Ready-to-wear ships within 48 hours by signed express courier. Made-to-measure commissions take 4–6 weeks from the first measurement.
Ready-to-wear may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Made-to-measure is final sale once cutting begins.
Orders are confirmed and settled privately via LINE with our client services team — bank transfer, PromptPay QR or international card, at your convenience.
Yes. Complimentary signed express delivery is offered worldwide. Duties, where applicable, are calculated at checkout.
